You may find that some of the titles in the rented and owned section of My TV are missing or fail to play on one or more devices.
We sincerely apologise for this issue and are working hard with our content providers to get everything that is missing back into your libraries. We retain a full list of the content that each user is entitled to and can assure you that it will all be restored.
When will I be able to play all of my previously bought films and TV?
Our current estimated date for having all content available again is 31/03/2018. Content will gradually become available as we progress towards this date.
