How do TalkTalk TV Store credit offers work?
If you’ve received a TalkTalk TV Store credit offer, you’ll get some free T credit after you make a purchase. Your exclusive offer email will have all the details of what you need to buy to get your credit and when you have to buy it, as well as any exclusions. We’ll usually add your free credit within 72 hours of the promotion ending, but the terms and conditions will explain the exact detail.
Sorry, but if you buy too late, don’t meet the purchase requirement or use an account other than the one we sent your offer to, we won’t be able to give you your free credit.
Free credit can be used on anything you’d like from TalkTalk TV Store – including purchasing TV episodes and series or renting and buying movies. If you don’t have enough credit, you’ll be able to pay for the remainder of your purchase using a credit or debit card.
It’s worth noting that credit might expire if it’s not used within a specific period (your terms and conditions will have the specific details) and that credit is non-refundable and has no return value, so if you make the wrong purchase or something goes wrong, we’d only be able to refund any credit or debit card funds you added to your purchase.
How do voucher code offers work?
If you’ve received a voucher code offer, you’ll get a discount on your purchase if you use the voucher. Your exclusive offer email will have all the details of what you need to buy, the voucher you need to use and the time limit, as well as any exclusions.
You can use a voucher almost anywhere and this article has all the details about using voucher codes, if you need some help. Unfortunately, you can’t use vouchers to pay on the Xbox 360 or Xbox One.
It’s worth noting that if you buy too late, don’t meet the purchase requirement, use an account other than the one we sent your voucher code to or forget to add the voucher code, we won’t be able to reimburse you for the offer.
Can I use my offer on a different TalkTalk TV Store account?
Exclusive offers are just for the account they’re sent to, so if you’ve got more than one TalkTalk TV Store account, you’ll need to make sure you use the same account to make the purchase as the one we sent the email to. Sorry, but if you use a different account, you won’t be eligible and we can’t reimburse you.
If you don’t want to receive offers on certain TalkTalk TV Store accounts to avoid confusion, you can change your marketing preferences.
Will I be able to share my offer with friends and family?
When we email you an exclusive offer, it’s intended just for you, so you won’t be able to share it with friends and family who use a different TalkTalk TV Store account, even if you decide not to take advantage yourself.
