Help! What's my password?
You chose a password when you first created your TalkTalk TV Store account.
If you’ve forgotten, don’t worry. Just click here and enter your registered email address into the box. We’ll send you an email with a link to set up a brand new password.
If we don’t recognise your email address, it might be because you don’t have a TalkTalk TV Store. You’ll need a separate account to the one you use at TalkTalk My Account. Click here to sign up.
Can you tell me my username?
Your username is the same email address you used to sign up for TalkTalk TV Store. Can’t remember it? Don’t worry. Here are a few top tips to try:
- If you’ve got more than one email address, do a quick search of your email accounts for ‘TalkTalk' or our old name 'blinkbox', and see if you can find a welcome email from us – if you can, you’ve found your TalkTalk TV Store account!
- If your email address works multiple ways, it might be worth trying a few – for example, did you write .co.uk rather than .com, or googlemail rather than gmail?
If you’re still having no luck, don’t worry. Just get in touch with us, providing a little detail about your account. We’ll need the last four digits of your card, your name and postcode and a little detail about how much your last payment was for and roughly when it was.
