Do you offer subtitles for customers?
We don’t currently offer subtitles on English language content, but we’re actively exploring this feature, and it’s something we hope to be able to introduce in the future. We know how useful features like subtitles can be, and we’re sorry they’re not available right now.
Do you offer audio description services?
Sorry, but we don’t currently have audio descriptions available on TalkTalk TV Store content. We know how useful this kind of feature can be to the blind and partially sighted community, and we’re sorry it’s not available at the moment.
