If you’re thinking of leaving TalkTalk TV Store, we promise to be nothing like your clingy ex. Just get in touch and we’ll be happy to close your account for you – please do ensure you send your email from the same address you use for TalkTalk TV Store (it’s for security).
Of course, there’s lots of reasons to stay with TalkTalk TV Store, even if you’re not using our service as actively any more. For example, if you cancel an account:
- You’ll no longer have access to any previously purchased movies and TV shows
- We won’t be able to tell you about new movies or provide special offers for TalkTalk TV Store
- There’ll be no refund on any previously purchased content and we won’t be able to re-instate it in the future
And because TalkTalk TV Store doesn’t have a subscription, we’ll only charge you if you decide to come back and buy something in the future – so there’s no need to worry about being charged in the future if you keep your account open. That’s just not our style.
Instead of deleting your account, you might prefer to change your marketing preferences or delete a saved debit card. That way, you’ll still have access to your purchases and it’ll be easy to enjoy TalkTalk TV Store again in the future if you’d like to.
If you do still want to go ahead, once we’ve processed your request, whilst we’ll have pressed the delete account button for your TalkTalk TV Store login, it won’t affect any accounts you might have with other TalkTalk services.
