Adding your debit or credit card to TalkTalk TV Store and updating your billing details is really simple.
How do I add a new debit or credit card?
It’s really easy to add a new card. Start by selecting a Movie or TV episode that you’d like to buy, and we’ll automatically prompt you to add a new card, as long as it costs more than any credit you might have in your account. If you’ve already got a card, just choose the ‘Add new card’ button and follow the steps on screen.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro branded cards, and you’ll need your name, the card’s expiry date and the three digit security code to use it. We’ll also need to verify your billing address with your bank, so please make sure you type it in the same way as your bank list it.
We’ll give you the option to save your details, so that you don’t have to type them in again in the future. If you choose to do this, it’s really important that you keep your password secure and don’t share it with anyone else.
How do I delete a debit or credit card?
You can delete cards in one click using your account. Log in to our website and visit the payment details page of your account, and you’ll see a list of all the cards currently saved on your account. Just choose the ‘Remove’ button on the right hand side of the page to delete one.
If you don’t see a list of cards, it means there aren’t any saved in your TalkTalk TV Store account at the moment. Don’t worry, you can add one next time you buy something from us.
How do I change my billing address?
Sorry, but for your security, we need to collect your card details again if you change billing address, so we don’t let you change only your address. Instead, you’ll need to follow the steps above to delete your card and then add it again when you next make a purchase.
